While no-one would wish cancer on anyone, surely to ignore such strong evidence and not consider this possible consequence of an abortion is to display a prejudice that is not helpful to anyone. Abortion may indeed be seen as a choice when facing an unplanned pregnancy, but it is a choice which, when taken always leads to the death of a most innocent human being and often to very serious emotional, physiological and physical damage to the mother. Sadly, when the mother makes this choice she is still a mother but she will never experience the joys and love of the child she destroyed.
